Rogues are always one of the most favored call in Wow, so what race suit for Rogues best in Mists of Pandaria? Humans might be one of the best race for rouges. There bonus to swords and maces is very useful if you want the sword build. On the other hand, if your going for the stealth and agility build, a night elf or troll is best for you. There is also the factor of coming out of stealth in pvp.
Gnomes are probably the best pvp rouge, because of their escape ability, and because there so small, you can't see them even out of stealth. I know this cause with my horde character, I have much touble with gnomes if they jump around. Me being a tauren, it's very hard. Back on topic.

Night elf has the best agility, and a dodge bonus, which is super important when an orc is chasing you around with a war hammer.

---Running Wild - it might seem odd, but not running around a BG on a mount can help make you a tad bit harder to pick out while on the run.
